GlobalHunt India is a leading executive search & selection firm, in terms of services offered, professional team, mandates handled and Industry specializations across Asia-Pacific, US and Europe markets.  We have an exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading NBFC client as DGM-Audit  Job Description is as follows :   Position - DGM - Audit Manager  Qualification - CA+ Audit Experience  Experience - Experience into BFSI/NBFC or from Big4 handling BFSI Audit  Location - Kerala  Key Responsibilities  Ensure the completion of various audits within the stipulated period and with quality.  Ensure compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements  Identifying various Operational risks and ensuring audit process is fine tuned to cover major risks.  Conducting training programs for Auditors, preparation/updation of training materials, to improve the quality of audit.  Compilation of Daily Flash Report as submitted by Regional Audit, analysis of various audit reports and providing recommendations/feedback to the Head - Audit.  Escalate major issues to Operations Department and follow up.  Conducting periodic review meeting with Regional Audit.  Conducting daily meetings with the HO Branch team on matters requiring attention.  Attending RMA/RHA queries/issues/clarifications and solving and assisting them to conduct high quality of audit.  Measuring the performance of the RHAs.  Responsible for maintenance of various records, reports and approvals.  Manpower planning and submitting proposal for additional manpower based on the requirement.  Review of PRM presentation and providing comments.  Review of the details with regard to prevention of fraud committee meetings conducted at regions  To evaluate existing systems, introduce/update systems commensurate with the nature and size of the company's business.  Liaise with different departments like IT, HR, Risk, Vigilance and Compliance Dept on various day to day issues  Support RHA for IT /HR related matters.  Monitoring closure of all audit reports.  Responsible for approving the TA/Bata bills and leave approvals  Preparing various department notes for approval by respective stakeholders and MD & CEO  Any other assignment given by the Department Head.
