Job Description -
- To Advice Board and Management on issues related to Corporate Laws, Insurance Law, IRDA Regulations and Corporate Governance to ensure best Corporate Governance standards for the Company.
- To plan & formulate the work of the Corporate Secretarial Department to ensure conduct of Board and Board sub-committee meetings by adopting the best board practices and corporate governance standards.
- The purpose of this job also includes administering the working of various employee trusts and ensuring immaculate compliance for applicable Corporate Laws, Insurance Act, IRDA and Corporate Governance Regulations.
- Fiduciary duty with respect to formulation and implementation of Corporate Governance framework for the Company with zero tolerance of any non compliance which may have risk of monetary penalties and prosecution to Directors/Officer in default
