Role & Responsibilities of the job holder –

- Recruitment, Development, Budgeting and Financial planning for the department

- Ensuring compliance & risk adherence at the branches through constant audits

- Exception and escalation handling either from branches or the sales team

- Educate branches on the standards to be followed for error reduction

- Coordinate with other departments for completion of activities pertaining to regulatory requirement

- Generate need-based financial performance MIS & other reports for submission to management

- Managing the entire operations of the E-Insurance Channel

- Minimizing operational lapse through which company faces transactional or operational control risk by implementing various IT system and processes

- Managing relationships within the team, the department and with other functions

- Ensuring various department projects are taken up, discussed and implemented in coordination with the IT team

- Driving ECS, improving contact details through weekly con-calls with the branches

The ideal candidate should

- Possess knowledge of operations

- Possess sound team-management skills. The role requires handling a large team

- Have good verbal & written communication, ability to delegate, monitor and achieve results

- Have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience post qualification

- Be an MBA Fulltime or Part time with a good academic record

Work Location : Mumbai
