Job Description - While reporting to the CFO your responsibilities would be to :

- Manage the companies overall financial activities

- Implement financial strategies and ensure corporate governance and internal control compliance

- Set up the processes & controls

- Manage cash flows and variance analysis

- Develop budgeting and forecasting models

- Develop a team as well as manager investor relations

- Coordinating with regional offices.

- Pre and Post Decision Support including follow up of outcome

- Formulate and implement recommendations.

The Successful Candidate

- You are a Chartered Accountant with at least 10+ years post qualification experience.

- You must be well versed with ERP and MS-Office applications.

- You have hand-on experience of MIS, accounting, reporting. You have experience of handling a team and plant operations in the past.

- You are an individual with strong business and acumen and analytical skills.

- You should be a well spoken and well presented individual who has good inter-personal skills.
