Roles & Responsibilities :
- Build and develop a robust finance organisation
- Develop back up and succession plans
- Address training and development needs
- Develop and maintain robust finance and accounting polices, processes, procedures and calendars
- Develop and build robust control processes
- Set up and monitor governance processes and policies
- Ensure that a proper framework of risk exists and in regularly monitored
- Work towards addressing all internal and external audit and open issues
- Build a robust compliance framework and ensure all statutory returns are filed on time and accurately
- Provide finance and related support to the management team, key customers and stakeholders
- Create standard monthly MI, databanks and reports
- Provide adequate financial analysis
- Provide regular finance insights and training
- Supported the development of the corporate plan
- Develop a robust process of review of corporate plan and financials
