Principal Responsibilities (Specific Key Result Areas for the Incumbent) :

- Develops and implements comprehensive quality strategies for the company's existing and newly acquired businesses.

- Tracking the program progress basis the KPIs and flagging when appropriate

- Performing Risk Assessments on the programs basis their credentials

- Managing Transactional Quality needs for various projects, including audit planning, implementation and execution through a team of TLs/QAs.

- Managing/Training/coaching a team of quality professionals

- Identify and implement automation projects, process improvements and cost optimization opportunities

- Supporting in development of process improvement and innovation strategy for internal/client business

- Planning and execution of projects, managing process improvement program for client engagement(s)

- Data Analysis for Operations and Support departments

Risk management and communications :

- Process mapping and SOP development

- Working with Quality tools

- Facilitation of compliance audit on the back-end as well as front end processes

- Identifying trainings needs and ensuring regular training touches and refreshers on licensing and compliance

- Suggesting and implementing corrective action plans for non-compliance activities, performing Root Cause Analysis with action plans

Behavioral Skills :

- Excellent written as well as verbal communications

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a can-do, high-energy attitude.

- Self-Managed and ability to work under pressure and time bound activity

- Strong people management skills

Technical Skills :

- Black Belt certified

- Knowledge of Quality Tools, Six Sigma specific methodology etc.

- Good with MS-OFFICE and Report Analysis.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in people management

- Data driven approach with good presentation skills.

- At least lead/participated in 5 GB/BB projects with significant savings and impacts
