- Able and willing to work in a start-up environment where one wears different hats at different points of time based on the need.
- Designing and implementing HR Strategy as per the overall business Strategy (Snapdeal and DEN)
- Maintains employee-related data bases. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company.
- Talent Acquisition/ Employee Life Cycle Management/ Policy & Process, Organization Chart development, JD's and other OD communication
- Implementation of the performance management system.
- Conceptualize effective Reward & Recognition Schemes
