Den Snapdeal is the TV Commerce business.  Role:  - Responsible for leading a team of trainers and Quality Analysts  - Responsible for customer experience - both on quality and training front  - Responsible for functional (process), and behavioral training.  - Conduct TNA/TNI for the whole organization and prepare training calendar; ensure adherence to the training calendar.  - Partner with Operations for skill development and refreshers for floor  - Set up processes for quality analysis and evaluation.   - Drive initiatives in quality for improving customer experience   Required Skills:  - The job requires exceptional communication and inter-personal skills  - Out of box thinking / creativity  - Time management and organizing skills  Candidate Profile:  - Experience in BPO industry - Quality & Training - in particular is mandatory  - Candidates with good pedigree will be preferred  Team Management:  - Will be responsible for a team of trainers and quality analysts
