Purpose  Support CEO in business strategy formulation; coordinate with functional heads to drive new initiatives   Role  - Analyze projects and business performance against business plan and develop action plan for the deviation  - Support CEO in market research, feasibility assessments and defining business plans and strategy  - Ideate, identify new projects and initiatives for business growth, bringing efficiency   - Follow ups with functional leads and ensure execution of business plans and other actionables defined for functions  - Support CEO in critical day to day business activities   - Compile information and prepare annual business plan   - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) and Social Media Platforms  - Must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment, should be results-driven and community oriented  Qualification - MBA from Tier 1 colleges (Top B Schools)
