We have been retained by a Leading FMCG Company into Personal Care Product to Hire-Demand Planning Manager to based at Mumbai.  Role Purpose :  - Runs the Demand management for the organizations, ensuring that the right unconstrained demand gets ploughed into the Supply chain system for both short and medium term building proactive capability to delivery. Primary custodian of the S&OP process which ensures that surprises are minimized and organization’s plans are on track to ensure ABP delivery.  - Leverage opportunities /mitigate risks on ABP delivery basis sales trends and external environment changes through integrated view of market and internal organizational delivery capabilities. Work with Regional Managers, Marketing, S&CM and Supply Planning to balance demand and capabilities and ensure creation of alternate plans to protect ABP delivery.   - Ensure the complete collaboration across functions to converge to a single set of operating plans for the planning horizon  Education : MBA in Supply Chain Management from a premier Institute / APICS certification would be preferred  2008-2010 Pass out.  - Demand Planning in a reputed organization in the FMCG / FMCD space.  - An excellent working knowledge of supplychain processes and systems. An extensive understanding of Supplychain management, both operations and development and a good working knowledge of the broader supplychain industry.  - Experience in a leadership role in a mature S&OP enabled supplychain team. Indepth understanding of S&D systems.  - Excellent analytical skills, strong communication, influencing and collaborative skills.  - Outward looking with a real understanding of key customer requirements and developments.
