Responsibilities:
- To report into Group Marketing, and locally to the Global Campaign Support Manager within Global M&C Shared Services called MCOS.
- To proactively generate, profile and qualify new business and existing customer sales opportunities predominantly through telemarketing.
- To support Marketing campaigns for event registrations & promotions
- Person will help setting up & driving tele-calling model within campaign team.
- Follow up marketing campaigns to generate new prospect leads by telephone, identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business
- Pre event & post event calling in order to increase event registrations as well as nurture leads generated through an event
- Perform outbound telephone calls to prospective customers (prospects) to identify and create sales opportunities
- Receive and respond appropriately to inbound telephone and email enquiries
- Undertake qualification of sales opportunities to identify suitability for attention by sales force
- Maintain accurate records of all telephone calls and enquiries on the CRM
- Maintain and improve data integrity of records stored within the CRM system
- To carry out additional duties related to lead generation campaigns including research into and cleansing of lists & enriching existing database
- Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills as required
- Engage and interact with decision makers at a senior level to identify new and emerging business opportunities.
Desired Candidate:
- Experience within the IT software industry highly desirable but industry experience not essential
- Well versed in CRM operations related to sales & marketing
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Self disciplined, determined to succeed with excellent self motivation skill.
- Able to work individually or as part of a team
- Self-driven and proactive team member
- Previous experience working with Global sales & Marketing teams would be desirable
