Demand Analyst - Leading MNC Comp.

Candidate profile : Looking post MBA 2+ years exp in Demand Planning/Analyst

Role :

- Process execution for Pre-Stat release, Stat release, SMO15th, SMO20th and Consensus cycles (user inputs, process workflows, exception rules, overrides, etc)

- Managing process interfaces between different tools / platform, depot, sku introduction & transitions in a time-phased manner across all platforms

- Managing and maintaining norms, definitions and master data for all the platforms

- Collaboration and coordination on process activities with IT, DDP, O9, NP team

- Measurements and reporting requirements including adhoc requirements for reports, analyses and data by the stakeholders

- Fulfilling APQS requirements and process documentation

- Datamodelling requirements for all the processes (input, intermediate and output datasets), reports and data maintenance

- Process improvements initiatives

- Develop business perspective and analyses of Stat, SMO, Consensus plans / forecasts

- Servicing demand for non-planned items - NI / DSO - Make to Order

- Working out demand planning inputs for the DDP team during Consensus target setting across sections and geographies

- Participation in Annual planning and LTP processes.
