Role Description :

The primary responsibility would be supporting frontline sales of custom technology solutions and services (not Products) for .NET, SharePoint and Mobile platforms to large global organizations headquartered in Europe.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Work along with sales and inside sales teams to identify, understand and position the right solution as per customer needs.

- Technical knowledge to be able to understand client business processes and map them into a relevant solution.

- Onsite travel along with sales to effectively demo and position the solution to key customer stake-holders.

- Role involves extensive consultative selling covering the entire sales cycle prospecting to successful business acquisition.

- Effective documentation of Proposals, RFPs, RFIs, etc.

- Performance driven position with defined KRAs including annual sales targets.

- Build long term relationships and strategic alliances with customers by understanding their needs and delivering high quality service and prepare strategic plans accordingly.

- Work towards developing productive business relationships with key partners, collaborators and facilitate an effective business model.

- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customer's needs and key factors influencing their requirement for our services.

- Assist in developing and implement the company's sales process to establish a culture of consultative selling to customer's decision-makers at all levels working closely with marketing and senior leadership team.

- Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with decision makers in target accounts.

- Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business.

Required experience and knowledge :

- Exposure to Saas product presales

- Exposure in Conceptualizing solutions and create market based propositions for customer's future requirement.

- Exposure to IT services selling (onsite and in country) to large customers in US or Europe

- Visionary to understand market research.

- Thought leadership skills, Self - driven approach, Leading from the front.

- Consultative Selling expertise with hands-on experience in market making / demand creation selling end-to-end enterprise solutions through a consultative selling approach
