Role/Job Description:

- Business cycle controls and general computer controls assessments for engagements in IA

- Review the work and do the required quality checks

- Train the team/new joinees in various work related aspects

- Drive the team in meeting engagement goals and timelines

Key Skills:

- Big Four experience preferred.

- CIA/CISA preferred.

- Strong business process controls experience. Knowledge of IT general computer controls preferred.

- Exposure to FSI, Energy, and Health Care industries.

- Demonstrate leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.

- Willingness to travel within and out of country on engagements.

Experience:

Required: B.Com / MBA (Finance) or CA or CPA (U.S.)
