A Senior Manager at Deloitte is expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:

- Working closely with the service line leader and other leadership team to lead the strategic initiatives, projects or programs for OT&T in India and track progress

Leading one or more of the following types of engagements and teams:

- Deloitte Leadership: designing organization strategies and ecosystems to develop their future leaders, designing and administering assessment and development solutions

- Organization Design - using organization perspectives and methods to execute business strategies, improve operations and performance, and optimize roles

- Strategic Change - assisting in the implementation of strategy, business initiatives, and organizational and cultural changes

- Talent Strategies - Talent Management approach for an organization and Talent Solutions to achieve strategic business objectives.

- Learning Solutions - customized learning strategies for client organizations

- Support OTT Service Line leadership to achieve their revenue targets

- Coordinate with global team to ensure successful delivery of projects

- Responsible for successful delivery of various projects with on-time, on-budget requirements

- Developing work plans for components of client engagements and leading the delivery of defined project objectives (with experience, preferably manage multiple projects), leveraging past domain experience and Deloitte tools & methodologies

- Managing diverse teams and providing leadership support in delivering quality engagements

- Undertaking pre-sales and sales activities working with Deloitte India HC leadership team and global leaders in a chosen service offering

- Supporting the growth of talent within the practice through recruitment, mentorship and coaching

- Participating in practice development and knowledge transfer activities

- Managing operational activities for the practice in India

Eligibility criteria and requirements:

- MBA in HR or equivalent

- 9- 12 years of relevant experience in HR Consulting and similar organizational roles

- Past experience in a human capital consulting organization or industry experience in managing large projects is preferred.
