A Senior Manager at Deloitte is expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:

- Working closely with the service line leader and other leadership team to lead the strategic initiatives, projects or programs for HRT in India and track progress

- Leading one or more of the following types of engagements and teams:

1. HR Transformation Strategy & Planning

2. HR Operating Model

3. HR Shared Services & Outsourcing

4. HR Technology

5. Workforce Planning & Analytics

- Support HRT Service Line leadership to achieve their revenue targets

- Coordinate with global team to ensure successful delivery of projects

- Responsible for successful delivery of various projects with on-time, on-budget requirements and also provide leadership, oversight and delivery expertise for large teams in multiple locations for change management, communications and training components of complex technology transformation engagements.

- Developing work plans for components of client engagements and leading the delivery of defined project objectives, manage multiple projects

- Managing diverse teams and providing leadership support in delivering quality engagements

- Undertaking pre-sales and sales activities working with Deloitte India HC leadership team and global leaders in a chosen service offering

- Supporting the growth of talent within the practice through recruitment, mentorship and coaching

- Participating in practice development and knowledge transfer activities

- Manage operational activities for the practice in India

Eligibility criteria and requirements:

- MBA in HR or equivalent

- 9- 12 years of relevant experience in HR Consulting and similar organizational roles

- Past experience in a human capital consulting organization or industry experience in managing large projects is preferred.
