The ideal candidate would be having at least 10+ years of relevant Insurance Industry experience with insights into insurance finance, operations, technology and regulatory matters which is a must.

- Past experience working in a recognized professional services firm (Big 4 would be an advantage)

- Demonstrated experience of leading teams in investigation, fraud risk management and compliance is a must. The candidate should have good knowledge of : processes of insurance new business, policy transaction, claims

- Sales process of insurance product, along with the commission and contest module

- Should be well verse with the various sales and distribution channels like bancassurance, agency, broker, corporate brokers and online sales

- Highly effective communication and presentation skills and an ability to tailor styles for senior management and other stakeholders

- Demonstrated experience of developing client relationships with a highly professional and commercial approach to problem solving.

- Should be self-driven with ability to drive forward and co-ordinate concurrent projects and tasks and managing competing demands.

- A strong team work ethic and excellent people skills.

- Membership of Insurance counsel and regular speaker in seminars.

- Master Degree along with professional certification is required, an advanced degree is a strong preference

- Knowledge of actuarial science and reinsurance would be an added advantage

We are currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our forensic services team to lead the insurance sector.

Principal responsibilities

Play a key role in developing and growing the insurance practice. This will include

- Understand the insurance sector and the services offered.

- Develop solutions and deliver upon forensic opportunities across a wide spectrum of services with a focus on insurance products.

- Working closely with the forensic team, actively work towards developing marketing strategies and supporting business development initiatives and building a high performance delivery team to ensure consistent high quality deliverables to the client.

- He will be responsible for developing thought leadership and innovative solutions and go to market activities. This includes developing contacts with CXO level executives.

- Support the continued building of the profile, brand and reputation of the firm

- The candidate will participate in meetings with target company management and with client personnel, and may serve as the primary point of contact for client personnel with respect to day-to-day execution matters. Between engagements, the candidate will assist with building / maintaining client relationships and developing client focused solutions.
