The candidate will play a key role in our TMT S&O practice in helping our clients achieve significant improvements and to shape the future growth trajectory of our practice

Job Description :

- End to end responsibility for delivery complex consulting engagements for TMT clients. Engagements can be across a wide range of topics including but not limited to corporate growth strategy, market entry strategy, New products and services strategy, Project feasibility analysis, Large scale program transformation etc.

- Interact with and support the larger team of business consulting, analytics, IT professionals & subject matter experts to develop tangible value proposition for the client

- Responsible for establishing a strong working relationship with clients and building add-on business for the practice

- Expected to contribute to the growth and vitality of the practice in various roles such as Eminence, sales collateral development, methodology development, recruiting etc.

Requirements :

- MBA from a premier school, with excellent analytical / problem-solving skills

- Relevant experience in a management consulting firm or in a corporate strategy/general management role for a large TMT client. At least 6-8 years of relevant experience

- Should have managed or lead independently on projects and made presentations to key internal and external stakeholders

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) - ability to communicate with C-level executives

- Willing to work in fast-paced and, at times, high pressure entrepreneurial environment

- Should be open to travelling abroad for working on the projects (about 60%-80% of the total time. Could go up as the person grows in the organization

The position will be based out of Jakarta or Kaula lumpur. Project location could be anywhere in the South East Asia Region.
