The incumbent will execute on multiple work-streams and develop thinking around the product they are focused. This includes :

Activities across a wide range - design, development, deployment, stakeholder communication, technology vendor management and Delivery.

- Work with clients, FSS practice leads and end users of the products to develop user requirements and use case.

- Evaluate and advice on new technologies, vendors and products

- Develop / manage functional architecture design requirements with the vendor if required

- Develop product development plan, manage delivery to the plan and identify risks

- Manage product development work-streams, product testing in collaboration with the solution architect and technology

- Assist with commercial feasibility analysis for the product

- Develop high degree of trust with key internal client base

Technical Skills / professional experience:

Conceptual knowledge on cryptocurrencies and their relevance in the financial market.

- Understanding of Bitcoins, its origin and progress over the last few years.

- Experience in Block chain technology

- Worked or consulted in blockchain technology.

- A good understanding of how consensus works in Blockchain. Different consensus mechanism and their usage

- Knowledge of the available tools in the market which offer blockchain solutions

- Experience in solution building for customers around blockchain technology

- Performed POC's,client presentations on Blockchain

- Encryption techniques used in Blockchain

Candidates should possess.

- Self-accountability for ensuring that results are achieved; demonstrate a strong orientation towards achievement; deliver work in a timely matter with minimal errors & guidance

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong interpersonal and team building skills. Able to foster a cohesive and effective work environment
