The learning and development team works closely with business leadership to design, develop and deliver training curriculum that translates to on-the-job performance and delivers business results.

What You Will Do:

This role is a part of the Learning and Development team supporting the Deloitte USI Tax practice (known hereafter as Tax Talent Development Center of Excellence or Tax Development CoE). The incumbent will support the USI Tax new hire milestone program, and deliver innovative and targeted learning programs that support the Tax talent strategy (identified each year through strategic planning). In conjunction with the Program Lead, the role will involve acting as a performance consultant to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across talent and USI/US Tax. The incumbent will also be part of a larger practice of Development professionals supporting different Deloitte functions (Consulting, Advisory, Audit, and Enabling Areas).

Lead design/development efforts for capstone milestone programs

- Work closely with the program lead to define the program direction and strategy

- Oversee the delivery of the assigned Tax milestone program

- Enhance learner experience and provide design strategies for improved learner experience including using cutting edge developments in technology-enabled learning

- Own the delivery of such solutions along with impact measurement, program revisions, communication etc.

Manage relationships :

- Build and maintain a high-touch learning culture within the practice

- Manage facilitator recruitment and vendors for learning programs

- Work closely with new hires during program delivery to improve onboarding experience

- Build relationships with key stakeholders, Learning SPOCs, and internal teams and act as a talent development advisor

- Generate excitement and predictability around learning within the program and practice

Drive innovation :

- Support development of innovative and customized formal and informal learning solutions for large groups (by level or service line)

- Provide innovative approaches to problem-solving

- Frequently engage with business and Talent leaders to receive inputs and provide insights on needs and priorities

- Experiment with ISD frameworks, pedagogical approaches, technologies and tools

Integrate with the wider Talent Development practice

- Influence practice culture within the Talent Development COE team (India and US) and enable a consistent approach towards Talent development

- Work with the Tax Talent Development COE team members and drive integration of programs with the milestone curriculum and strategic initiatives across the practice

- Track program spending, manage reforecasts, and ensure accrual process is followed

- Identify opportunities to provide and ask for help and support the team culture and norms

The team :

Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional's engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will work with our business leaders to develop, implement and execute successful recruiting programs and effective reporting and analytics.

Qualifications:

Required:

Education: MBA or Equivalent Degree

Experience Required: 5 to 8 Years

Preferred skills:

- Strong orientation towards and understanding of contemporary technology trends in general, and learning technologies in particular. Ability to independently work with cutting-edge technologies and enable their quick and wide adoption in the space of learning

- Strong orientation towards and understanding of contemporary trends in adult learning, and training. Demonstrated ability to put theory into practice

- Strong Instructional Systems Design (ISD) skills - the role will need the incumbent to work with internal and external teams that provide ISD services Experience with cross-border stakeholder management, vendor negotiations, and project management

- Strong proficiency in using MS Office tools, including MS Excel

Shift Timings: 9 Am - 6 Pm
