Deloitte - Senior Analyst/Analyst - USI Innovation - Strategy Innovation & Transformation

Execute the development of emerging technology products across businesses. Your primary responsibilities include:

- Participate in the development of new digital products which focus on the way in which services are delivered to clients

- Design product development plans and develop commercial feasibility analysis for new products

- Develop functional architecture design, technical design requirements and user interface requirements

- Manage product testing in collaboration with the solution architect and technology development team

- Execute and lead multiple project work streams, including opportunity identification, ideation, stakeholder communication, technology vendor management and delivery

- Develop and maintain a diverse set of business relationships during project engagements

- Evaluate new technologies in the areas of process automation and artificial intelligence

- Develop high degree of trust with key internal client base

Skillsets required:

- Ideal candidate is someone who has 2-3 years of coding/programming/developer experience and now has moved on to managing products for the past 1-2 years (Total experience should range from 3-5 years)

- Candidate can be currently working as techno functional consultant or closely aligned with solution architecture team

- Prior experience in R and Python will be an added advantage

- Should have experience in developing digital solutions to meet business challenges

- Analyzing business and technology requirements to design and architect robust solutions

- Driving product design and development with technology vendors to create innovative solutions that create competitive advantages

- Collaborating with development and release management team, software developers and quality assurance team to facilitate product deployment and end user training, including strategy to production and rollout to users

- Should be able to create matrices to compare available technology vendors and technology product

- Self-accountable for ensuring that results are achieved; demonstrate a strong orientation towards achievement; deliver work in a timely matter with minimal errors and guidance

- Should have the ability to create product vision and product roadmap presentations

- Should be a problem solver that can link business requirements to end design digital application or solution

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Strong interpersonal and team building skills; ability to foster a cohesive and effective work environment

- High degree of self-confidence, poise, maturity, discretion, diplomacy and empathy

- Ability to work well under pressure and act in utmost confidentiality with sensitive information

Educational Requirements:

- Any Graduation Degree (Engineering/Commerce preferred)

- Professional qualification (reputed institutes preferred):

- MBA (or)

- Master's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Engineering or related field

- Certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, Cognitive Science or other related areas will be a plus

In addition, successful candidates will also have the following preferred skills:

- Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements

- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Work Timings: 11am to 8pm
