Key job responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with the assigned Business Advisory & Business Leaders actively
- Exhibit in depth knowledge of performance management concepts, appropriate best practices and leverage the same to work with the business advisory.
- Plan and manage Performance Management Program for large business units
- Apply Performance Management concepts to other areas of Talent like leadership and professional development, performance improvement
- Customize materials, conducts training and awareness sessions across the business groups
- Maintain active network across CTS teams to ensure seamless execution of performance management
- Provide oversight for all Performance Management processes
- Manage a team of professionals - their performance and deliverables.
- Ensure Business gets sufficient insight on performance management matters and is advised appropriately at the right time.
- Creating and maintaining SOPs; maintaining any process related documentation, as required
- Understand the business need and come up with best-fit solutions. Work towards efficiency and process improvements.
