Job Description : TS&A (Merger & Acquisition)

Roles and Responsibilities :

IT Mergers & Acquisitions focuses on IT Due diligence, Transition Services Agreements and Contract Management.

Italso provides services like Technology & Operations integration in a Post-Merger Integration Scenario or a divesturescenario.

The candidate should demonstrate application of business acumen while leveraging information technologyand have the following skill set :

- Experience in IT M&A areas, such as Technology Due Diligence (DD), Post-Merger Integrations (PMI) and/ orDivestures

- Experiences in different stages of M&A projects, right from project planning to execution, TSA design toexecution, cost/ synergy planning/ tracking, etc.

- Experience in projects involving design, development and testing of enterprise systems such as ERP, SAP etc.(build, run, operations, and security) that include integration of key software components such as web/application servers, middleware, RDBMS, development environments, operational components, and security products.

- Experience in managing Vendor RFP process, Vendor management skills, etc.

- Experience in costs modelling for restructuring/divestment/merger scenarios.
