Looking for candidates -

- Experienced on Oracle Cloud HCM ( Fusion ).

- Certification on Oracle Cloud HCM ( Fusion ) will be preferred.

- A functional Consultant with H18 understanding of Core HR, Performance Management and Goal Management

- Experience of at least one H13 end-to-end Fusion HCM implementation - preferably for a domestic client

- Should have worked in a client facing role.

- Overall experience in the range of 8-12 years with earlier experience of working either on Oracle HR or PeopleSoft HR as a functional consultant.

- Apart from project delivery, should also be able to assist with pre-sales ( scoping, estimation, proposal development )
