IT strategy focuses on the critical skills to ensure that IT architecture, plan, spending, and operating model are aligned with specific Industry's competitive landscape and the current posture of the client.

- The candidates must have the ability to articulate leading business issues and trends including the associated technology implications within one or more industries.

- Minimum 8 - 15 plus years of experience in IT consulting.

- Ability to handle client presentations at the CxO level and also leading proposal efforts and pre-proposal studies.

- Should be PMP Certified specific to his experience in Banking.

- Deep knowledge of technology trends - mobility, social, big data, cloud and ability to apply the same to BFSI

- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work individually in unknown situations with strong drive towards customer satisfaction.

- Strong knowledge and application of IT Governance and EA frameworks.

TOGAF / SOA/ Architecture Certifications will be an added advantage
