Communication Excellence  Job description  Communication Excellence (CE) consists of learning and development professionals with skills across the learning domain from design to implementation of enterprise-wide learning, focused on enhancing business communication competencies.  CE provides solutions across target workforce groups and job roles. CE helps to attract, develop, and engage employees through innovative practices- making learning and productivity happen side-by-side every day.  As a Learning Specialist/Manager, the applicant will contribute to building custom approaches for enterprise-wide needs, team-based needs, competency-based models, and specialized skills.   Representative Role:  - Assist clients and stakeholders in addressing their business challenges by maximizing performance of their employees through leading-edge learning solutions  - Define, build and implement learning solutions that are aligned to business priorities to help drive impact  - Interact effectively with executive management to identify opportunities to improve employee performance and to lead initiatives to implement improvements  - Design and deliver learning programs, both classroom and digital learning activities  - Support the creation of documents and presentations that will be used to convey important concepts and decision points to our clients/stakeholders using both written and visual data   To qualify for this position the candidate must at a minimum possess the following:  - 10+ years' related experience in learning and development  - Experience working with clients/stakeholders to analyze existing practices, recommend improvements and lead change initiatives  - Demonstrated experience with adult learning principles, 6Ds(r), learning development life cycle, evaluation of learning programs  - Experience of using concepts used to design and develop training materials  - Masters- degree/Certificate/Diploma from a recognized university (India/abroad) in Learning and Development  - Possess exceptional problem solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail  - Proficiency using MS Office Products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint  - Instructional Design qualification from reputed institutes  - Coaching certification (accredited to recognized bodies)  - Bachelor's degree  Desirable qualifications/experience:  - Experience using design thinking and innovation practices  Work Location: Hyderabad  Shift Timings: 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm
