Job description - Engagement Manager

Education: B.E/B.TECH/MCA/MBA

Work experience: 8+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage in discovery and delivery of client assignments

- Communicate client discovery to functional team and studio UX, Creative, Development and QA

- Lead a cross-functional team

- Act as a bridge to client relationships that protects internal teams and inspires clients

- Design and deliver end-user, Web- and Mobile-based applications

- Communicate using the language of consulting (business drivers, process and needs) as well as design (user- centric, front-end experience creation)

Key Skills:

- Minimum four years of relevant consulting, digital agency or industry experience

- Minimum two years of direct experience in process design (including requirement gathering, wire framing, visual design, development and user testing)

- Knowledge and Experience in Agile methodology and delivery

- Thorough understanding of the design process, project management principles, client relationship management, and pre-sales activities

- Thorough understanding of Mobile Application Development/ Responsive Web Design / Front Engineering principles

- Minimum two years of experience leading cross-functional teams (and counseling junior staff)

- Ability and willingness to travel if needed
