Job responsibilities:

Serve as an experienced hire recruiter supporting the organization- s recruiting program for the USI firm. Work with business leaders to gather and compile hiring needs data. Implement the annual hiring plan and recruiting strategies that support the organization- s functions. Enhance the firm- s visibility and reputation at target competitors and position Deloitte as the employer of choice for experienced practitioners. Partner with and build relationships with business leaders, practitioners, professional organizations, and key external partners. Manage and implement the overall recruiting processes, including interviewing and selection activities.

- Understanding defined market attributes to assist in developing recruiting strategies for long term and sustained growth

- Managing personal assignments, technical/functional content, and practitioner resources for experienced hire recruiting activities

- Support the organization- s Diversity/WIN initiatives

- Recruit new staff for specific functions, service areas based on approved plans and staffing projections

- Collaborate with practice leadership to assess needs, develop strategy, and implement workplans to meet the needs of various practice areas

- Communicate progress to business - coordinate ad hoc reporting regarding recruiting progress

- Manage sources used to generate pipeline with little supervision

- Source candidates through various mechanisms (direct, referrals, research, relationships, in-house sourcing team, etc.)

- Manage recruitment process

- Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external recruiting sources

- Manage the recruiting/hiring process, which includes:

Create job descriptions

Source candidates for respective industry/service areas/functions

Communicate needs to client service staff to generate referrals/leads

Create/place/update job postings

Prescreen candidates for all levels up to the manager level.

Coordinate interviewing teams and schedules

Resolve open issues - employee referrals

Negotiation with both candidates and client service professionals

Ensure information is properly maintained for reporting purposes

Maintain and update applicant tracking system (RMS)

Manage recruiting costs effectively

Key skills required

- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment required

- Knowledge of key recruiting craft skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiating techniques, as well as candidate management systems

- Heavy experience with key sources for candidates as well as the proven ability to develop a - network- to source experienced candidates

- Ability to operate efficiently and effectively within a matrix, geographically dispersed organization

- Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to develop and maintain relationships

- Ability to interview and assess appropriate potential hires

- Good organizational skills

- Knowledge of technology trends, compensation, and benefits

- Knowledge to prove and assess appropriate skill sets of various practice areas

- Ability to lead, direct, and work on a variety of projects simultaneously - and be a champion supporting recruiting initiatives (new systems, improving processes, etc.)

- Knowledge of our competitors - and knowledge of the market indicators, which affect experienced hiring

- Ability to effectively work through other people and be collaborative, cross-functional, and diplomatic with strong teaming skills

- Proven ability to work in a changing environment and be able to develop new approaches to old problems

- Ability to work with support staff, administrative, and coordinators

- Ability to interact and interface with all levels within the organization

- Exceptional negotiating skills with internal and external clients/candidates

- Proficient in office computer software/systems (MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience
