Looking for Chartered Accountant with good experience in Expatriate Taxation

Job Description:

- Computation / Review of individual’s income tax

- Preparation / Review of Form no- 16

- To work on expat tax compliance - individual tax returns, tax briefings, assessments etc

- Assistance in filing various Tax Returns

- Filing of quarterly E-TDS returns

- Preparation / Review of individual income tax returns (including treaty benefits) – both manually and electronically

- Able to apply the provisions of social security agreements

- Conducting the tax orientation meetings / tele-conference calls

- Handling the queries from the clients

- Drafting the opinions

- Scheduling the meetings with the clients

- Managing the client / assignment – this includes client deliverables, billing and realization of invoices

Expectation:

- Thorough understanding of the provisions of the Income tax Act / Rules

- Understanding of the concepts pertaining to double taxation

- Working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and power point

- Good communication skills

- Aptitude to learn

- Able to understand the concept and apply it practically

Qualifications : CA with a good academic background
