Our Transaction Services group is experiencing unprecedented demand and requires Deputy Manager to join our team.

Transaction Services is an international service line dedicated to helping our local and global clients get the best value from their deals, whilst managing their risk. Our products are specifically tailored to meet each client needs, but examples include:

Financial due diligence for private equity, corporate, strategic or financial buyers or vendors

Reports to support a stock exchange listing in overseas locations, especially UK (reporting accountants on an AIM or LSE Listing)

Bid support in a competitive tender

Sale and purchase agreement negotiation support

As our clients deals have become more complex, our services have developed to meet their current and future requirements. Many transactions are completed in a cross border environment, and involve working with our specialist teams globally, to provide multi-jurisdictional solutions. We assemble and co-ordinate multi-disciplinary teams incorporating expert help from colleagues in other specialist areas like direct tax, indirect tax, pensions and regulatory services, to ensure our clients receive a full service, tailored to their needs.

Role Description

Work will involve completing financial due diligence and reporting accountant work (including working capital reports, profit estimates etc).

This can include:

Review of historical trading, cash flow and balance sheets

Review of projections, and underlying assumptions

Review of adequacy of working capital facilities, including limits, term and covenants

Evaluation of potential synergies

Reporting of potential risk or price affecting issues where identified

Chartered Accountant;

First Class degree from a leading university
