Currently we are seeking a Consultant - Strategic Planning for our Services group. As a key member of the team you will own and drive strategy programs delivering insights & developing business cases. You will work in highly complex programs, gain exposure to senior level executives and establish relationships across Dell.

Scope of initiatives spans a large range of programs including revenue growth, cost optimizations, inorganic target assessment, due diligence support.

Responsible for leading key projects to identify and execute programs to improve the Customer Experience, reduce dispatched rates and call rates. Leads Quality teams to execute to plans/schedules that support LOB goals and initiatives. Responsible for forecasting lifetime dispatch rates (3 yr. FIR) and call rates (3 yr. CPB) for current and new platforms. Drives quantification of Warranty Cost liability by platform and channel with 3-year cost per box shipped goals. Defines and drives reduction initiatives, and develops supporting business cases for product design features Influences supply base for quality improvements

- 9 to 10+ yrs of exp with focus on quantitative discipline preferred.

- MBA with prior experience at a top management consulting firm (post MBA)
