Dell - Sr Analyst - Marketing & Communications - IIM/FMS (6-12 yrs)

This role would be based out of the Dell Bangalore office & are part of the Consumer & Small Business (CSB) marketing team.

- The focus of these roles is support to the Dell Retail (Dell Exclusive Stores & LFR) from a Marketing perspective.

Broad Responsibilities:

- Implement channel marketing programs to enhance Dell´s presence at Retail POS, to generate sell out and to increase Dell rate of recommendation to customers.

- To provide insight into consumer and market trends, and demonstrate how the Dell brand could be effectively communicated to the end-customer

- Post-sale activities include executing joint marketing programs with the Retail partners, driving sales performance and inventory levels, and ensuring a strong and consistent Dell brand experience

Other responsibilities:

- Design the training content specific to the Retail channels & to ensure differentiated offering depending on the target consumers, outlet & product

- Design programs to target opportunities and influence market trends important to segment’s future

- Create strategies and programs that drive increased revenue and market share

- Ensure Dell brand values are maintained by our Retail Partners.

- Responsible for launching new brands and ensuring success.

- Responsible for consumer activations and channel activations.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduation + MBA in Marketing from a Premier Institute (IIM’s , FMS, SP Jain etc)

- 6+ yrs work experience in Retail, Telecom, FMCD, IT industry

- Past experience in Modern Trade / Large Format Retail is an added advantage

- Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization.

- Excellent written and verbal skills, including: listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
