Work with DCS/E-Dell reporting team to implement and track various reporting initiatives. Interface regularly with regional / global initiative leaders and provide clear analysis and presentations to stakeholders. Work with regional teams to provide explanation on data provided through reporting.

- Maintain knowledge of the Dell Websites, marketing campaigns and web-analytics programs.

- Understand metrics used in online, learn web analytics and reporting tools and the nuances with data in each tool.

- Create measurement, reporting and analysis to track the necessary KPIs. Use analytical methods to interpret and provide insights on online performance

- Implement the reporting projects and manage the infrastructure (ETL, OLAP, BI Tools)

- Take complete ownership of projects, work with regional/global leads to define next steps and project road map.

- Create processes to learn and interact with regional teams, work closely with DIS team members to take learning from other regions to different regional stakeholders.

- Able to manage complex assignments & projects

- Able to use business knowledge, data knowledge and domain knowledge to provide ongoing business insights

Requirement:

Education: Engineering degree from a Premier Institute, Graduation in Computer Science

Experience Mandatory:

- Total 6+ Years experience after Engineering or 8+ years' experience after graduation

- Worked as a business analyst in Analytics/ Business Intelligence/Consulting

- Candidate should have played a role where he/she has been accountable for delivery within a business area

- Project management skills - Prioritized amongst multiple objectives and demonstrated flexibility during the course of the engagement

- Dealt with multiple stakeholders as part of work delivery, worked in large cross functional teams

Desirable:

- Exposure to Omniture or any other web-analytics tools
