Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing talent acquisition portfolio for a single or multiple BU. S/he will be managing team to support the Delivery and involved in People and Project Management activities specific to the role.

Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Management (Business/External)

- TA Delivery (Year on year – TAT – Source Mix etc)

- People Management (TA Team, Vendor supported resources and Dell partners)

- Device and implement TA Strategies

- Manage and implement TA Systems supporting the organization

- Have regular interlock with Local and Global Team as appropriate

- Manage Weekly cadence with multiple stakeholders (with Data/Reports)

- Provide TA Solutions to business as well as to regional HR Leaders.

- Mentor and build a strong TA team.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills;

- Key Competencies: Ownership/Accountability/ Pro-active and Drive

- Strong TA acumen, Technology awareness

- Solid Market understanding ( Products / Services - Applications/Systems/Hardware System Design)

- Proven experience in niche and vanilla skill hiring

- Excellent experience in managing a team of recruiters

- Experience in usage of TA Tools such as Taleo / Brassring / Avature will be an added advantage

- Proven experience in strategy / planning and 'Delivery'

- Must be 'Data oriented'

Experience - 15+ years

Qualification - MBA / Engineering / Graduate or related
