1. Past Experience:

Should have worked as a business analyst/ consultant/ advisor with a reputed organization,

Past exposure of having dealt with databases, software development/ programming,

2. Business Knowledge: Candidate should be able to exhibit expert domain knowledge of Analytics, including:

Expert knowledge of key Business drivers -

Should have worked on projects of significant business value,

Should have a good knowledge of key industry & business trends,

Should be able to demonstrate good business and financial acumen especially wrt online business and online metrics.

- Expert level knowledge of MS Excel, along-with good knowledge of key analytical and database tools & applications including SAS, SQL, MS Access etc,

Desirable

Exposure to Online testing & targeting, including running beta tests, demonstrating a data driven approach to developing business ideas for site & traffic improvements etc, will be accorded a high weight-age.

Tools:
