Mandatory Requirements Qualification – Post Graduate ( MBA/MHA/PGDM/M Tech/ M Pharm) / MBBS/B-Tech with relevant experience covering the below

Experience –10-15 years of experience in India Healthcare environment (Either in hospital IT departments or in Consulting/IT product firms focused on Indian hospital industry)

Key skills

- Ability to manage CXO customer relationships with Indian Hospital industry.

- Consulting profile and ability to suggest solutions to Hospital IT heads and Hospital Senior Management.

- Experience of handling of large government initiatives on Healthcare

- Ability to do customer presentations and draft proposals as required; customer interaction and communication skills.

- Exceptional cross-functional and cross-org collaboration, communication and influencing skills

- Ability to lead large proposals for Indian Hospital IT programs

- Understanding of functioning of a Hospital IT department

- Understanding of the hospital operations covering both clinical and nonclinical processes

- Hands on experience on at least one HIS in Indian market and other emerging geographies

- Good understanding of Indian Hospital market landscape

- Ability to identify pain points of the industry, trends in technology adoption in hospital market etc.

- If required, ability to ideate, conceptualize and build solutions specific for Indian healthcare market

- Understanding of Healthcare payer and life sciences markets in India and other emerging markets ; Interplay of the various industries

- Ability to lead a team in driving presales and sales.

Desirable Skills

- Experience as a domain expert / SME for HIS/EMR/Other product development

- Experience in managing client base / client relationship management

- Technical background incl. knowledge of HL7, DICOM and other healthcare standards

- Experience in hospital management

- Ability to build and manage alliances relevant to the business solutions

- Ability to define strategic road maps and business cases for solutions development and funding

- Ability to prepare technical proposals, workflow diagrams, and SOWs (Statements of Work)

- Ability to lead large deals catered to ‘ state govt’ healthcare initiatives

Job Description - India healthcare solutions lead will be responsible for building and running the solutions team focused on Indian customers. The scope of responsibilities is also expected to cover other emerging markets in due course in time.

As part of the responsibilities, he/she will own own the strategy for India and emerging markets from a solutions perspective. He/She will work closely with other Dell stakeholders to draw synergies and define the solutions framework, POCs, Collaterals, and GTM specific to Indian market, specifically targeted at Provider, Payer and Life sciences market (in that order of prioritization). The lead will also be responsible to build business case and business plans necessary for the solution development.

As an integral part of the sales pursuit process, the candidate participates in the client sales presentations and provides vision and strategy as needed to develop process and technology solutions that are responsive to client business and delivery challenges. Also, conduct webinars and other training means for the field force on the solutions developed.

He/she should lead Pre Sales effort and manage different teams to deliver top notch proposals to customers.

The lead will be responsible to charter the necessary alliance partners and collaborate with the alliance manager to ensure that alliance relationship and mutual interests are met.

Provide thought leadership and lead the efforts in marketing activities centered around HLS for India, including participation in conferences, representations in industry forums, etc.
