Job opportunity with Dell International Services Pvt Ltd for the position of Business Analyst - Cards Domain,Noida.

Job Description:

Purpose:

- We are looking for a business analyst with the experience in Cards Domain (Credit/Debit & prepaid Cards) area.

- The candidate should have good functional understanding of Cards Life Cycle like Issuance, Authorisation, Dispute management etc.

- The candidate should have a good understanding of new trends and regulations in the cards areas such as UDAP, PCI DSS, SEPA cards etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work on projects in the cards area as a business analyst for requirements gathering, documentation, writing Functional Specification, Co-ordinate between client and implementation teams at onsite and offshore.

- Manage and coordinate with multiple vendors.

- Provide domain support to the project and ensure implementation is according to client requirements and specifications

- Support testing teams in UAT, test scenarios and script creation, review and execution

- Should have good communication skills and be able to give presentations and trainings on cards

- Work with presales team in responding to RFI’s and RFP’s in the cards area and create presentations and other collaterals around cards.

Competencies:

- 5-8 years’ experience in requirements gathering, analysis, writing functional specifications and documentation

- Strong Domain experience in Cards and should have hands on experience of working on the Cards Projects.

- Proficient in UML and capable of developing business requirements, use cases, work flow diagrams and user acceptance testing cases/plans

- Good to have understanding of transaction processing and routing, Transaction Switch like Base24 (ACI), Connex (Fidelity), etc.

- Must have hands on experience on tools like Microsoft Visio, Rational Rose and other UML tools.

The candidate should have experience in one of the below:

- Experience on working with one of the leading cards products like TS2, Vision Plus, Base 24 etc.

- Worked with any of the leading cards processors like MasterCard, Visa, American Express as a business analyst

- Worked with captives for any leading card issuer as a business analyst

Qualifications:

- Master of Business Administration (MBA degree is preferable)

- B.E. / B.Tech.
