Salary offered: 5 - 10 LPA  - A service delivery manager oversees the delivery of services to company's clients or customers  - Responsibility for delivery against all Recruitment SLAs & accountable for the overall success of the Recruitment team.  - Interaction with the business/account managers to understand client's requirements and to provide candidates accordingly.  - Planning and execution for Recruitment at different levels using innovative techniques of Recruitment i.e. Headhunting & Mapping, Networking and Referencing, job sites and creating strong database for the future requirements  - Develop talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking; direct sourcing, and advanced Internet sourcing.  - Accurately and effectively communicate client input to internal teams  - Working aggressively on the client requirement  - Guiding the team on Sourcing and screening candidates from various recruiting sources, self-created data bank  - Screening the sourced candidates with telephonic, direct interview for their communication skills personality profile and attitude for the assignment  - Understanding the initial due-diligence in terms of their career aspirations, relocation constraints, current and expected CTC etc. so as to put forward the best candidates to the client.  - Responsible for checking references  - Maintaining accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches and other recruiting activities.  - Keep a track on selected candidates with joining date and updating to the account manager  - Coordinating the entire recruitment process an efficient manner while ensuring maximum client satisfaction.  - Responsible for hiring recruiters for the team  Required :   - Work independently and handle a team too.   - Proficient in managing operations, candidate marketing, recruitment, building relationship with clients, finding accurate track for company's project & achieving desired goals.   - Possess good communication, relationship management & team building skills with dexterity in mentoring and managing teams.  - Team player with positive attitude  Self-starter - Ability to work and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment   Strategic Thinker - Able to conceive and communicate new ideas, strategies, approaches etc.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven ability to effectively communicate with clients and senior level executives
