Delivery Manager - Mobile/Web Based Solutions

Role :

- This role assumes overall delivery ownership of products under management right from requirements to delivery/integration and continued sustenance.

- Project manage deliveries with varying business requirements and multiple stakeholder involvement.

- Requirement Analysis Document, analyze and estimate requirements

Responsibility :

- Be a single point Leader for delivery of Mobile and Client server solutions under management.

- Plan, Estimate and Manage deliveries and delivery team in conjunction with other system stakeholders and PMO.

- Should be able to contribute towards code review and process improvement methods especially around unit testing, single click deployment and improving test coverage

- Ensures delivery of solutions as per agreed plan. Manage risks and slippages in scope/schedule.

- Works closely with testing organization and ensures timely closure of issues and progression of releases.

- Process & Methodology Work in an Agile process methodology environment and using development tools (examples - Subversion, JIRA, Confluence etc.) for managing the team and delivery

- Ensures timely and adequate staffing of teams.

- Works on ensuring high morale and enthusiasm in the team.

- Should be able to effectively co-work with stakeholders and successfully carry out integration phase with other systems.

- Demonstrate good understanding of architecture and solution functionality.

- Develop best practices, coding guidelines and ensure compliance.

Experience :

- Overall 10-12 years of experience in managing deliveries of Mobile or Web based solutions.

- Certified Project management professional (PMP etc).

- Experience managing deliveries in Agile model.

- Knowledge of server side programming in Java/J2EEor Mobile Programming

- Knowledge of Oracle or some other RDBMS development/understanding

- Handson using tools like Subversion, ANT, Eclipse
