Delivery Manager Microsoft Testing

Good Delivery experience on AD and AM and testing process

Understands offering, Manage Multiple engagements, implement service product

Overall business responsibility for ALM as a service product

- Build Phase - Service Catalog and work units set-up - Business case set-up - Identification of necessary investments (if needed)

- Run Phase - Ownership of business outcome - Updating Service Catalog and work units - Identification of potential evolutions of ALMaas product aligned with market needs Overall technical responsibility for ALM as a service product in a technical perspective including:

- Build Phase - Supervising finalization onshore of 1st release of ALM as a service product - Offshore delivery center set-up (inc. workflow design, team recruitment, RFP quote) - Knowledge transfer from offshore to onshore

- Run Phase - Offshore delivery center management inc. team management - RFP quotes - Release Management (inc new features)

Skills and Experience Requirements:

- Ability to shape our value proposition to impact business metrics (increased Time-to-Market, costs savings, user satisfaction)

- Ability to work across country and business lines boundaries (ADNT, Testing, ITS)

- Thorough understanding of Test/Dev on Cloud, Microsoft Azure are pluses

- Proven business skills in the IT world

- Business Manager for product development in a SI

- Product Manager for a software editor

- Business Manager in Managed Testing Services

- Perfectly English fluent
