 - Overall 15+ years of total software experience with a core background of Java/J2EE  application/product development

 - 3+ years of Portoflio Management / Delivery Management experience

 - 7+ years of hands on design and development experience of large scale commercial SW Products

 - Passionate about Product Engineering.

 - Ability to think of Product Strategy and roadmaps.

 - Ability to develop and grow a strong development team. Experience in hiring, mentoring Software Engineers, performance management, and career planning. Experience in handling team sizes           of 50-150

 - Strong verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences

 - Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional and distributed teams

 - Familiarity with project management practices, processes, methodologies and tools with a strong Delivery focus
