Delivery Manager - AGM

- Business Development- Opportunity Identification for New Clients - Interact with prospective clients for floor walks and answer questions/ queries they may have. Provide inputs to supervisor on validation of proposed solution for the client along with SME.

- Mining for new business opportunities- Review the process in terms of upstream and downstream and identify opportunities for developing more business. Discuss with customer leader and validate the same. Liaise with CoE/ transformation to develop solutions.

- Review and provide feedback on transition plan for phase-wise migration for the plan for milestones such as completion of KT for onshore, site readiness etc. Identify the resources to participate in onsite KT along with supervisor.

- Identify skill sets, profile of team for the project and liaise with HR for ramp-up team constitution. Participate in recruitment's for building the team

- Review and validate the process definition, SOPs, process notes prepared by the team members and liaise with SME for validation of the same.

- Monitor KT readiness of team and site readiness. Monitor knowledge level of team and propose improvement programs, if required.

- Review and track progress made with respect to the transition plan, toll gates on daily basis with the transition manager. Resolve issues related to technology, quality and refine processes etc.

- Monitor quality and timelines during pilot. Propose plan for ramp up based on progress made in pilot. Develop frameworks to help TL track SLAs, workload volumes, FTE estimates etc . Discuss with client on issues faced etc. Review reports and validate studies conducted by Team leaders.

- Discuss with client on a weekly basis to discuss progress, issues etc. Review scores from C-Sat and discuss with client to understand the areas of improvement. Develop actions plans to address concerns/issues raised by customer and monitor implementation of same.
