Profile for the search

- Work Exp - 12-16 years. Of which last 5 years in managing BPO delivery of more than 500 FTEs.

- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders & to deliver on P/L goals.

- Telecom experience strongly desirable

- Has experience in both voice & non-voice engagements.

- Has a track record of building teams & people. Six Sigma/Quality exposure desirable. Strong communication skills necessary.

Location : Hyderabad or Chennai.
