Role: Delivery lead for Oracle Retail, RMS - Oracle Development, Testing & Implementation

Skill: Program Management

Minimum Skill Requirement:

Must Have:

- 15+ Experience in IT Industry with atleast 5+ years managing large Oracle RMS projects.

- Have managed successfully large implementation/testing projects in Oracle stack, preferably in retail space.

- Familiar with development, implementation & testing tools, methodologies and process

- Program management certification or designation desired

- Client Facing - Provide a proactive interface with client representatives and groups regarding business needs and determine essential requirements through effective communication.

- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.

- Strength in hiring, recruiting, managing, developing, coaching, and retaining individuals and teams, empowering them to elevate their levels of responsibility, span-of-control and performance

- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

- Strong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth

- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

- Demonstrated results in managing through complex systems and proven experience negotiating win-win agreements.

- Deep understanding of human resources, employee performance improvement plans, and corrective action policies
