Years of Experience: 15 years (Electronic Medical Record, particularly people with experience in any of these products Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, and Meditech)

Skill details:

Must to have: Knowledge of the Healthcare Provider Industry and the ability to translate that knowledge into a business strategy that ensures business success.

Should have deep subject knowlesge on Electronic Medical Record (EMR) initiatives and should be able to provide SME assistance on the same.

Good to have:

Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate at senior business levels, and the ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages (Look for small niche health care IT firms or in Healthcare software firms (Cerner, Allscripts etc) and look for talent there.)
