To achieve revenue target and operate within the cost matrix.  Building and managing the delivery team, leveraging systems, processes and technology to increase revenues, market penetration, competencies, quality and cost competitiveness.  Financial Accountability :  1. Accountable to ensure division's revenue target is achieved within the cost matrix and maximize profitability  Operations :  1. Responsible to Conceptualize, Design, Develop and Implement Tools, Methods and Processes:  a. For efficient operations and ensuring high quality and on-time client deliverables  b. To enhance client experience and engagement  c. To maximize revenue on every deal  d. To manage client scope and expectations on every deal  e. To establish early warning systems to alert Client and internal stakeholders on obstacles / challenges with respect to deliveries  f. To identify and provide solutions for obstacles / challenges within the delivery function  2. Supporting Sales-  a. For showcasing service capabilities to customers and building solutions that meet Customer requirements  b. To support the selling process through continuous creation, review and implementation of collaterals showcasing the divisions competencies and capabilities  c. Accountable for creating solutions and deal structures that ensure pipeline conversion and deal wins  3. Training & Coaching-  Coaching and training the delivery team in tools, methods and processes to achieve goals, objectives and milestones, enhance client experience and engagement and maximize revenue potential  4.Continual Improvement-  a. For continual improvement of all tools, methods and processes across the S&M practice area  b. To ensure S&M team represents and translates the brand image and identity of the organization during every client interaction  c. For workforce planning of qualified personnel in the S&M practice area  People Management:  1.Responsible to Conceptualize, Design, Develop and Implement Tools, Methods and Processes:  a. For identifying and addressing gaps in competencies and skills  b. To develop coaching skills within the S&M practice area  c. To attract, retain and motivate staff across the S&M practice area  d. Accountable to promote culture of high performance and continuous improvement with commitment to quality  e. Accountable for succession planning within all leadership and client engagement areas within the S&M practice area  f. Ensure fair and equitable performance assessment and skill development for all team-members  Customer :  1.Responsible to Conceptualize, Design, Develop and Implement Tools, Methods and Processes in S&M practice  Area:  a.
