Delivery Head - Managed Services - BFSI (17-21 yrs)
Role: Head - Managed Services
Location: Pune
Key Performance Areas
Must have worked in Application support, maintenance, development in various roles including service delivery manager roles.
Conceptualizing ADM Managed Services -service offerings, solutions along with Global Practice Head
Pre-sales support for solutions Experience in writing white papers
Assisting Global Practice Head in:
- Development and branding of solutions.
- Developing a partner ecosystem that enhances our solutions, branding and differentiation
- Assisting in formulating Managed Services strategy
- Branding and visibility of the Managed Services propositions through Analyst Engagements, Industry forums participation and thought leadership.
- Involvement in consulting assignments with prospects/Customers.
Industry Knowledge/Experience:
- Overall experience 16-20+ years
- Experience working on large deals
- In-depth knowledge of Managed Services for ADM
- Knowledge of current IT trends.
- Understanding of latest trends in Pricing Models
- Service Delivery Experience
- Technical expertise of AMS skills
- Exposure to ITIL ISO 20k / CMMI. Preferably carrying professional certifications
- Exposure to Governance/reporting/understanding metrics
- Support the Sales and Business Development teams.
- Exposure to contracts, SLA drafting, Formation of SOW/penalties etc.
- Experience of having implemented/managed large Managed Services projects.
Other skills
- Experience on one or more technology areas and in-depth awareness of technology trends/issues, adoption in Application Development and Maintenance.
- Good understanding of development and support processes - SDLC
- Knowledge of Project management principals, especially Risk analysis, issues and escalation management etc
Communication and other skills - Must
- Ability to engage at executive/C-level in client organizations
- Ability to provide strategic inputs/directions to development/support teams
- Participation in Industry forums, provide thought leadership
- Ability to work closely with sales team to help convert prospects to customers by recognizing prospect needs and positioning our capabilities
- Ability to lead in defining collateral that will differentiate the organization, excellent presentation skills
- Strategic - Ability to provide/contribute to determining strategic choices for the organization
