Delivery Head - IT/Infra

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide account leadership to delivery teams and direct teams to develop business strategies and program/ project to meet deliverables.

Manage contractual cost, schedule, and solution deliverables.

Ensure client needs are addressed by constructing partnerships between the Project Office, clients, vendors, fellow employees & subcontractors and manage the implementation of these partnerships to ensure positive customer satisfaction.

Ensure client satisfaction through development, implementation, and delivery of application as specified in the Statement of Work.

Understand the entire SDLC cycle and ensure the adherence of the same.

Manage overall P and L for the accounts from an overall delivery perspective and drives cost optimization initiatives.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

10 -15 years overall experience with at least 7- 8 years client facing experience. Prefer experience in project/ delivery management of web/ mobile based application, programming platform/ languages such as JAVA, PHP, .NET. Should have worked in web/mobile based technologies and products.

Expert level knowledge is required across PM methodologies, delivery skills, emerging technologies and technical solutions pertaining to client needs. Must be familiar with various PM methodologies like PMI, PRINCE, MPMM, UPMM, AdPM, MITP. PMP certification is preferred.

Good people management and stakeholder management skills.
