We are hiring for a leading IT company for the position of Delivery Head to be based in Kolkata.  The candidate should have 15+ years experience with IT services industry with experience in handling delivery/ program management for larger enterprise clients  Key Responsibilities:  1. Overall 15+ experience in the IT services industry with a minimum 12 years+ of experience covering offshore delivery management for either large accounts ( - 150 people) or a set of multiple accounts.  2. Strong People practice credentials in engagements and management of technical/delivery teams of 150+ people.  3. Align with Global IT strategy, Enterprise Architecture and IT frameworks for application development management practice.  4. Must have strong domain expertise in High Tech or Services verticals. Point of escalation for all the delivery related issues manage customer expectations and take appropriate decisions to resolve issues.  5. Work effectively with Contracted suppliers to ensure that appropriate service levels are maintained.  6. Work using Agile Project Management principles to ensure Continuous Delivery (Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing and Continuous Deployment)  7. Provide domain & technical thought leadership, develop solutions and resource competencies to meet customer requirements   8. Solid experience managing large projects at least in the range of $3 to 5m USD and accounts in the range of 10-15m USD at the minimum.  9. Well-versed with quality management processes, must have awareness to Management Metrics, ISO / CMMI processes
