Client Details

Our client is one of India's leading coaching and training institutes across hospitality, travel and entertainment. It has a 20+ years' presence in India and is one of the best known names in its industry, with a solid presence across India, Middle East, South East Asia and Africa. To manage its top-of-the-line delivery services, it is looking for a National Delivery Head, as well as Regional heads for all four metro locations.

Description

Reporting in to the CEO, you would be responsible for:

- National/Regional Delivery & Training Operations including total implementation of processes & systems in the delivery vertical

- Selection & training of Trainers & Training Executives/Coordinators Pan-India/regional level

- Ensuring optimum utilisation of resources & co-ordination with other Departments along with regular visits to the centers PAN India.

- Ensuring delivery quality, student satisfaction and development as well as certification

- Faculty Management & Rostering of PAN India, and ensuring Placements of students PAN India by ensuring excellent relations with existing clients & making new clients through the Placement Team

Profile

The ideal candidate would come with 12+ years of work experience from the soft skills/education and training delivery background ONLY. He/she would have excellent communication skills, the proven ability to work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders and a willingness to travel extensively. Somebody who is target-oriented, and has demonstrated above-par results in previous similar roles.
